Attorneys Ben Adams & Bill Woodrow Announce Their Retirement

In the fall of 2019, Adams and Woodrow, S.C. merged with McCarty Law LLP.  Ben Adams and Bill Woodrow, along with their paralegal, Brenda Mertz, joined McCarty Law because their attorneys offered the same services that Adams and Woodrow did, namely Elder and Special Needs, Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts), Probate and Estate Settlement law, and Personal Injury law.

It is bittersweet that we are now announcing their upcoming retirements.  While we are excited that Ben, Bill, and Brenda are moving on to the next chapter in their lives and leaving the hustle and bustle of practicing law behind, we will miss their smiles and laughter in the office and the wealth of knowledge and experience they brought to our firm.

Ben intends to wind up his practice on May 26, 2021, while Bill plans to step down on August 15, 2021.  Brenda also intends to retire with Ben on May 26.

Please know that the attorneys and staff here at McCarty Law will continue to meet their clients’ legal needs.  Reg Wydeven, Jon Fischer, and Alicia Rodriguez practice in the Estate Planning, Estate Settlement, Elder Law, and Special Needs areas, including nursing home and asset protection planning.  John Russo and Melissa DeVantier handle Estate Planning and Trust Administration for high-net worth individuals, along with Business Succession Planning.  Finally, attorneys Gregg Curry and Michael Curry practice Personal Injury law.

While Ben and Bill will be available for consultations over the next few months, their goal is to transition files to the team at McCarty Law.  Accordingly, they may have other attorneys sitting in during meetings.

Please join us in congratulating Ben, Bill, and Brenda for their illustrious legal careers where they helped literally thousands of clients meet their goals.  Good luck in retirement guys!
