Will represents businesses and individuals in all types of employment matters. He brings 10 years of employment litigation experience to his role at McCarty and with it, unique insights into the risks and opportunities facing businesses. He is passionate about providing high-quality representation in an approachable and practical way. He advises clients on employment matters ranging from proactively drafting effective policies to defending against discrimination and harassment complaints.

Though Will’s goal is to help his clients avoid lawsuits, his extensive experience in administrative proceedings, including with the Equal Rights Division (ERD) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), as well as litigation in federal court, means he has the right skills if a lawsuit does arise.

More About Will

Will grew up in Appleton before heading to Madison for school. He is a proud double Badger, having earned both his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Wisconsin. After graduating, Will began his legal career in Milwaukee. He returned to the Fox Valley in 2022, and he lives in Appleton with his wife Heather and son William (“Mac”). In his free time, Will enjoys spending time with his family and grilling out.
