Attorney Services
Brian Vargas is a member of McCarty’s Litigation practice. Brian’s practice includes representing injured people in personal injury matters, along with other civil litigation matters. Brian represents injured people and navigates them through the process of settlement or litigation against tortfeasors and their insurers. Brian has represented personal injury clients suffering injuries from car crashes, trip & falls, dog bites, and other types of injuries. Brian has successfully negotiated personal injury matters both before and during litigation. He also has experience in trial and appellate work in various litigation matters.
Prior to joining McCarty Law, Brian worked at a local law firm handling personal injury matters for injured people. He understands the importance of helping injured people know their legal rights and helping them with the legal process. He is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice, which are two personal injury associations dedicated to the advocacy and education of attorneys representing injured people.
While in law school, Brian wrote legal briefings in misdemeanor and felony matters for a solo criminal defense attorney in Madison, and worked with prisoners eligible for compassionate release or parole through the Legal Assistance to Incarcerated People Project at the University of Wisconsin Law School.

More About Brian
Brian grew up in Appleton and was successful in his plan to return to the Fox Valley after law school. Brian can frequently be seen in Appleton with his black & tan miniature dachshund, Hope. In his free time (when he is not taking care of Hope), Brian likes to run, DJ, watch baseball, and spend weekends with either friends or family.
