As a Managing Partner who has been with McCarty Law since 1981, Gregg has a legal practice focused on litigation and a goal of helping his clients succeed. He handles personal injury law cases by representing seriously injured individuals in actions to recover monetary damages. Gregg also represents businesses on product liability, risk management and other commercial litigation matters. In the regulatory arena, he relies on his solid problem-solving skills to represent firms before the CPSC, EPA and the FTC.

More About Gregg
Gregg and his wife, Mary Clare, live in Sherwood. They have three grown sons – Michael, an attorney with McCarty Law; Tom, a tuba professor at the University of Wisconsin and Steve, an associate attorney at the Dorsey firm in Minneapolis. When he’s not hard at work handling a case, Gregg can often be found landscaping or doing DIY projects around the house.
