He emphasized elder law, special needs planning, guardianships and alternatives to guardianship, nursing home and long term care issues, advance care planning for health care decision making, estate planning and personal injury in his practice.

More About Bill
Bill grew up in Menasha and currently lives in Oshkosh with his wife, Shirlene. He has 7 grandchildren, ranging in age from infant to 28 years old. After graduating law school in 1976, he joined his father’s firm, Adams & Woodrow, in Neenah, where he had practiced until joining the McCarty firm in August of 2019. For the last 30+ years, he has practiced with Benjamin Adams, the son of Allen Adams, who was Bill’s father’s partner. Bill enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
