Jacquelyn Adamicki is a member of our Litigation practice group. Jacquelyn’s practice primarily focuses on helping commercial and construction industry clients navigate the civil litigation and dispute resolution process. Jacquelyn advises owners, contractors, and subcontractors on a variety of commercial and residential construction issues and contract disputes. Jacquelyn has represented clients in cases before the Wisconsin Circuit Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Jacquelyn’s practice also includes drafting and negotiating construction contracts and other service agreements, as well as assisting clients with navigating state and federal regulations, FAR compliance, and architectural licensing requirements.
Prior to joining McCarty Law, Jacquelyn worked in-house as a law clerk at a Fortune 1000 telecommunications company and a power generation company. She also worked as a judicial intern to Chief Justice Annette K. Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. During law school, Jacquelyn was the recipient of the 2023-24 scholarship from the State Bar of Wisconsin Construction and Public Contract Law Section.

More About Jacquelyn
Jacquelyn, a lifelong Wisconsin resident, grew up in Waukesha and moved to the Fox Valley after graduating from law school. Jacquelyn joined McCarty Law in 2024 and lives in Grand Chute with her fiancé and their rescue dog, Henry. In her free time, Jacquelyn enjoys hiking, fishing, boating, and spending time at her family’s cabin in Eagle River.
