Admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Wisconsin, Kristy cares for the people behind the legal problems.
As a transactional attorney, Kristy specializes in helping clients protect their brands and other intellectual property, negotiating and drafting construction and other service contracts, and negotiating and drafting commercial leases and loan transactions.
As a litigator, Kristy advises and represents businesses in intellectual property disputes, advises and represents contractors and subcontractors in construction disputes, and advises and represents financial institutions and other businesses in a variety of creditor law and other commercial matters.

More About Kristy
An attorney with McCarty Law since 2006, Kristy and her family live in Wrightstown. Kristy loves to spend time with her husband and daughter and their Brittany Spaniels, Charlie and Linus. She also has a passion for dancing, and for watching her daughter dance and being involved in her Dance Company shows as the head of the props committee. Kristy also enjoys heading to Lambeau Field with her husband and their friends, and attending Brewers games with her family.
