Kristy A. Christensen
Admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Wisconsin, Kristy cares for the people behind the legal problems. She handles commercial litigation matters of every type, with an emphasis on construction matters and real estate matters.
Kristy also leads the law firm’s dispute resolution practice, where she focuses in elder and estate mediation and business and commercial mediation. Kristy has a broad range of experience, handling private mediations, and mediating with the Winnebago County Conflict Resolution Center. Kristy has also served as an arbitrator for the Home Builders Association of the Fox Cities. Additionally, she has served as counsel for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in numerous mediations. Kristy’s formal mediation training includes 30 hours of Civil Mediation Skills Training, a 30-hour Advanced Mediation Training in Elder Mediation, and ongoing advanced mediation training through the Wisconsin Association of Mediators.
Protecting confidential information and intellectual property is another area Kristy specializes in, with a focus on trademarks and copyrights.
Kristy also focuses on immigration law, advising businesses concerning temporary and permanent work-related immigration.

An attorney with McCarty Law since 2006, Kristy and her family called Green Bay home for 12 years and now live in Wrightstown. Kristy loves to spend time with her husband, daughter and their pet Brittany Spaniel, and she also has a passion for dance. Winning the Mirror Ball trophy at the Shall We Dance event for the Sexual Assault Crisis Center – Fox Cities, Kristy was named the Best Female Community Dancer in 2013. Kristy recently had the pleasure of participating in the 2017 Appleton Light The Night walk as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Honored Hero for the event.
