Phil is a skilled and tenacious trial attorney with a can-do attitude and a wide range of litigation experience. He litigates matters for individuals and businesses in state and federal courts and administrative agencies and his practice includes working on behalf of accident victims. On the commercial side, Phil works with financial institutions on loan workouts and collections. He also litigates employment discrimination matters and challenges to real estate tax assessments.

In terms of general civil litigation, Phil handles everything from product liability and contracts to administrative matters. Phil is a diligent trial attorney who guides clients through complicated matters providing strong advice and legal counsel, while keeping them informed and respecting their needs. He says the most rewarding part of the job is overcoming challenges and achieving the best results for clients.

More About Phil

After many moves across the Carolinas and New England as he grew up, Phil came to Wisconsin in 1977 and has been a Fox Valley resident ever since. He and his wife, Mara, have two grown daughters who live in Milwaukee. Phil enjoys a variety of hobbies, including cooking, reading and traveling. He is also a photographer and motorcycle enthusiast.
