Attorney Services

Caitlin is a new member of the Business section at McCarty Law where she works on entity formation, commercial transactions, and contract review. She has additional interest in appellate practice and intellectual property but also loves learning new fields of law.

During law school, Caitlin interned under Judge Lisa S. Neubauer of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District II. She also worked at a litigation firm where she helped draft mediation statements, determine causes of action, and wrote an appellate brief. In her last year of law school, Caitlin was on the editorial board of the Marquette Law Review, serving as an Articles Editor. Her student comment—discussing appellate procedure for civil involuntary commitment and arguing for enhanced standards—will soon publish in Volume 108 of the Marquette Law Review.

Caitlin joined McCarty Law after graduating from Marquette University Law School. She is excited to develop her practice and continue to grow.
