Mike’s practice focuses on personal and commercial litigation. He works to assist individuals and businesses manage risks and favorably resolve conflicts. Mike is a skilled and passionate advocate for clients in state and federal courts. He works enthusiastically to help his clients succeed.
Mike most enjoys working together with clients to find solutions to the variety of issues each one faces. He is a passionate learner, working to develop a keen understanding of each matter and each client. Mike knows that every situation is unique, and tailors his approach to best suit each client’s individual needs.
Mike’s litigation practice is wide-ranging. He handles everything from product liability to contracts to estate disputes. Mike works with seriously injured individuals in personal injury actions to recover monetary damages. Mike is a diligent trial attorney who helps his clients navigate the complexities of the litigation process and provides strong advice and legal counsel. He also brings his litigation experience to our Title IX team, which assists schools and colleges in meeting Title IX regulations, and he is trained by ATIXA as a hearing decision-maker.

More About Mike
Mike and his wife, Cassie, both grew up in Appleton. They returned to their hometown after Mike completed law school in 2009, where they now live with Franklin, the Golden Retriever. Mike and Cassie are both active with a number of community organizations. They enjoy attending concerts and sporting events together. In his spare time, Mike plays trombone with the Fox Valley Concert Band. He enjoys exploring our community, and the chance to enjoy new experiences with friends, new and old.
