McCarty Law’s Kristy Christensen Re-Elected as Officer for the Home Builders Association of the Fox Cities

We are proud to announce that McCarty Law attorney Kristy Christensen has been re-elected as an officer of the board of directors for the Home Builders Association of the Fox Cities (HBAFC). This non-profit organization is at the heart of our local construction industry, promoting quality housing, strong industry connections and business growth. Christensen’s ongoing role as a director not only supports the association’s mission but also strengthens her contributions to the clients and communities she serves through her work at McCarty Law.

In this position, Christensen works closely with local builders, developers and other industry stakeholders. This direct involvement with HBAFC helps Kristy stay ahead of industry trends, developments and the evolving needs of builders.

“The Home Builders Association of the Fox Cities champions industry collaboration and supports the success of its members—businesses right here in our community,” said Christensen. “Through my role as a director, I’m able to draw on my legal expertise in construction law to help guide the organization in addressing challenges and driving growth in the local housing industry.”

Christensen’s practice focuses on construction law, commercial litigation and intellectual property law. She has been practicing with McCarty Law since 2006 and represents general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers in a variety of construction-related matters.
