McCarty Law Celebrates 75 Years of Service to the Fox Valley

McCarty Law is celebrating its 75th year in business. The milestone underscores the firm’s longstanding commitment to providing exceptional legal services built on a foundation of trust, integrity and community service.  

“We see this anniversary celebration as an opportunity to show our gratitude to the attorneys and clients who have made McCarty what it is today, as well as the staff members that have supported us along the way,” McCarty Law Managing Partner Scott Barr said.  

Founded in Kaukauna by attorneys Neil McCarty, Irv Curry and Dennis Wydeven, McCarty Law has specialized in litigation, business law and estate planning since its inception—practice areas that continue to thrive today. The firm’s legacy is carried forward by 18 attorneys, including Gregg Curry and Michael Curry, the son and grandson of Irv Curry, and Reg Wydeven and Katrina Hochholzer, the son and granddaughter of Dennis Wydeven.  

Just as McCarty’s multigenerational attorneys aspire to build a practice based on their roots, the firm has maintained a commitment to serving the community in which it was founded and built. McCarty Law actively engages in local initiatives and supports various local causes, reflecting its belief in giving back to the community that has fostered its growth and success. 

While McCarty honors its past, it remains committed to growing and meeting the needs of the community with its talented, expanding team. 

“Our first 75 years in business has given us much to be proud of,” Barr adds. “This anniversary motivates us to look to the future and set goals for all that we will continue to accomplish on the road to our 100th anniversary and beyond.”
