McCarty Hires New Attorneys Jacquelyn Adamicki, Katrina Hochholzer and Anika Van Rossum

McCarty Law is excited to welcome Jacquelyn Adamicki to its litigation practice, Katrina Hochholzer to its estate planning and elder law practice and Anika Van Rossum to its business and corporate law practice, demonstrating McCarty Law’s dedication to continued growth as they celebrate 75 years in business. 

 

Adamicki’s role includes commercial litigation, construction law and employment and labor law. She brings valuable experience serving as a judicial intern to Chief Justice Annette Kingsland Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, along with legal experience gained working in-house for a national telecommunications company and a power generation company. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.  

 

Hochholzer’s role includes special needs trust planning, Medicaid planning and estate tax planning. As a third-generation attorney at McCarty Law, she has become a familiar face through many summers of gaining legal experience as a summer intern. She earned her Juris Doctor degree and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  

 

Van Rossum’s role includes business and corporate law, assisting local companies with various transactions. Her practice also focuses on working with healthcare clients to address their business and regulatory needs and navigate the complexities of healthcare contracts. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
