Rebecca provides practical and accessible legal support for businesses, with a focus on delivering strategic advice tailored to each client’s individual goals.
Bringing over 15 years of experience to her position as “of counsel” at McCarty, Rebecca previously served in assistant general counsel and compliance roles in mid-sized and large organizations. She advises clients on human resources issues, helps draft and negotiate contracts, build compliant employment practices, manage risk, and navigate internal governance with confidence. She is passionate about serving small businesses and nonprofits and understands the challenges these organizations face, particularly in employment and HR matters.

Rebecca grew up near Green Bay and has lived in the Fox Valley for the past 13 years, raising her two children with her husband. On weekends when not supporting her children’s sports or extracurricular activities, you can find her camping, reading, or planning her next travel adventure.
