Beginning in early spring and continuing through late fall, the Ballard Road overpass and interchange will be closed as part of the I-41 construction project. If you’re planning to visit our office in the coming months, please be aware of this construction and how it may impact your travel.

Per the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), County Rd JJ is the main detour route, and official detour signs will be posted along this route. However, the maps below provide more direct routes to our location.

Detour Routes to McCarty Law:

For Northbound I-41 Travelers

  1. Exit at Richmond St/Hwy 47 and turn left (heading toward Meijer).
  2. Continue on Richmond and turn right onto Edgewood Drive.
  3. Turn right onto Ballard Road.
  4. Continue on Ballard Road and turn left onto Evergreen Drive.
  5. Take the first exit at the roundabout to Enterprise Avenue.

For Southbound I-41 Travelers
From County Rd N/Freedom Road:

  1. Take the County Rd N/Freedom Rd exit and turn right.
  2. Turn left onto Evergreen Drive.
  3. Take the third exit at the Lightning Drive roundabout, onto Lightning Drive.
  4. Turn right onto Enterprise Avenue.

From 441 Interchange:

  1. Follow 441 eastbound/northbound to the Northland/County OO exit and turn right.
  2. Turn left onto French Road.
  3. Take the third exit at the Evergreen Drive roundabout and continue west on Evergreen Drive.
  4. Take the third exit at the Lightning Drive roundabout, onto Lightning Drive.
  5. Turn right onto Enterprise Avenue.
